Customer portal for data insights

Before this project, the customer team spent hours manually gathering statistics and turning them into PowerPoint decks for client meetings. It was time-consuming, repetitive, and not scalable as the client base grew. I got involved early on when they began exploring how this could be automated. After a few technical deep-dives and discussions around data access, I helped define a solution that would allow their customers to get real-time insight — without any internal manual work.

We built a custom client portal where companies can securely log in and explore how their employees use the service. I handled everything from authentication and account invites to building the API layer and designing the dashboard UI/UX. The data is live, easy to understand, and tailored to each client. This portal completely removed the need for manual reporting and gave customers direct access to insights that used to take hours to compile. It made the experience better for both the internal team and their clients.
